What we collect

Your account details from sign-in, your credit balance, a history of credits added and spent, and a record of each run (time, stages, and number of calls). When you buy credits, we keep the purchase record (pack, amount, date, and Stripe's payment reference); card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. If you claim the free sign-up credit, we keep your agreement to marketing emails with its date and wording. We do not store the text of your résumé or the job ad. If you save a callback card, we keep what is on it until you delete it: the company, job title, a short summary of the job, the contact's name, phone number and email, the date you applied, the status, talking points, questions, and your notes. Contact details on a card come from the job ad or from what you type. For the free fit check and follow-up drafts we keep a count (your user id, the tool, and the time) for one day to apply the daily limit.

What is processed

Your résumé text, the job ad, and any answers you give are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce your files. Files are generated in your browser.

Kept in your browser

The application tracker, your fit-check preferences, and, if you allow it, interview practice scores are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. Your callback cards are also kept on the device you open them on, so they show at once and while you are offline; signing out clears that copy the next time the page loads. Browser-only data is never sent to our servers except as part of a request you make, such as drafting a follow-up. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Retention

Run records are deleted automatically after 30 days. Callback cards are kept until you delete them. Purchase records and credit history are kept as business records.
