Refund policy

Credit packs

• Starter: 3 credits for $9
• Job Search: 10 credits for $24
• Full Season: 25 credits for $49

One credit is one tailoring run. An interview practice session uses two credits.

Unused credits

You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 15 days of buying a pack. We refund each unused credit at the price per credit of the pack it came from. Your free sign-up credit is used before any credits you buy, and older packs are used before newer ones.

Runs that fail

If a tailoring run fails at its first step, or its rewrite fails twice without producing your files, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
